Kick U.S.A. Karate has specifically developed a martial arts program of family fun, fitness and self defense. Whether you are a beginner or a Black Belt and your interest is in physical fitness, mental conditioning, self defense or sport competition, you will find that our karate program provides the opportunity for unlimited personal growth and achievement for you and your family.

We are a unique training center that offers the latest in martial arts instruction – THE ULTIMATE WORKOUT! Combining balance, flexibility, grace and power, martial arts is a full body exercise that is challenging and fun.

We feature variations from other systems such as Judo, Boxing, Kenpo, traditional weaponry and with a foundation in Taekwondo.
